India Holton does an amazing job writing charming books with a lighthearted tone. These characters are lovable and you're always rooting for them! It's everything you want a regency romance; adventure, enemies to lovers, witches, and pirates!

the story is so silly and unserious, I loved it. it was a perfect mix of adventure and romance and (weird) humour.

I loved the plot and characters and everything about that was really good!! My one and main problem is the sexual content in one scene. The book would have been totally fine without that. I’d have given it a 5 start review but for that scene it dropped a lot. I think you can still read it just skip that one chapter. It think it’s chapter 20.
