I really like this series. I enjoy the quirks of diction and stream-of-conscious workings of Jean's brain, and the atmosphere, and the gentle tug-of-war between Jean and Alasdair. I definitely had a bit of trouble keeping the relationships of all the suspects in this one straight, though.
