katieb94's review
5.0
Included in this issue are two of my favourite episodes featuring the 11th Doctor and the Ponds, Dinosaurs on a Spaceship and The Power of Three. Both, coincidentally, written by new head writer Chris Chibnall.
The reason I love these books is that it gives information about scenes that were cut, script revisions, original titles and filming locations so you can really get your head around the work; time and effort that goes into making a 45 minute episode of Doctor Who.
The layout of these books remains the same, providing a cohesive collection and it's hard to review each one separately without repeating myself.
I think every Doctor Who fan should read these books because it's not everyday you get to really know what goes on BTS.
I didn't know A Town Called Mercy was filmed in Spain for instance. I do now!
Hopefully the information in the next issues will hold my attention just as this one did and they're so easy to read I just dipped in and out when I had time to read :)
