I couldn't find it in myself to care about anything in this book for a second.

Hollyn is such a sweet main character and even if she is a bit boring, I liked reading about her! Jasper, on the other hand, is just really unlikeable — he keeps complaining that noone's supporting his acting dreams (and I wouldn't either) and that everyone gives him shit for not standing on his own two feet in any way (they should) and honestly, Hollyn deserves better.

Their story was just a bit too mundane for my taste, nothing that really stood out, it sounds like a story that could happen to any of my friends and not in the interesting way.

Went into this blind and completely loved it! The character development, the representation, the adorable love story - it all worked!

One thing I didn't appreciate was how 1-dimensional kenzie was portrayed, and how her part in the book felt rushed.

Loved that Hollen was able to do her on stage debut on her own, without Jasper
