Sigh. What to say what to say. Well. I don't want to spoil anything for anyone but I absolutely hated the ending of this book. It was really good up until the end and then Geissinger had to do one of her zingers but in my opinion this one just didn't quite hit the mark. It was too unbelievable, IMO. It felt like she messed up too much of a good thing. Maybe that was the point? She wanted to mess up the perfect book because life isn't perfect? That actually does make more sense but it doesn't make me hate the ending any less. I'm giving the 3 stars to the actual bulk of the book. The characters are fantastic and I can't say anything bad about the two lead ones. The chemistry was all there and the steamy scenes were ones you think about for days. 
Over all will not be reading this book again but it had a decent plot. I would NOT recommend this to anyone who has NOT read J.T. Geissinger books. This should not be the first one you dive into. Read Pen Pals first to get an idea of what you're in for.

The spice was 😘🔥

I'm usually good at guessing twists and turns this one took me by surprise 

I thought

he was going to be her husband she'd forgotten from trauma, later I did guess he would be some sort of killer (probably just because I've read this authors queen's and monsters series)

Will have to circle back and try to find clues I missed 

I know some of these reviews haven't enjoyed part 4 I however needed that lightness at the end of the emotional turmoil this put me through

Overall a wild ride I consumed in one sitting!

The author takes plot twists to a whole new level. I enjoyed the book overall though I preferred the first part of the novel more than the rest. Highly recommend if you want to read a less traditional romance storyline but check TWs
