I truly don’t even know what to say about this one. I had a hard time giving it a rating because part of me wanted to 2 star it with a ‘what the hell did I just read’ comment, and the other part of me wanted to 5 star it because it literally made my jaw drop. It’s the fact that I had to think so hard about what to do that made me go with the 5 stars. It’s impossible to give a substantive review without giving too much away, but this was a roller coaster for sure. I started out thinking this was the next FSOG, and then the floor dropped. The author describes this book as a twisty journey, and she wasn’t kidding.

this was a very solid read even though i'm actually sick of books like this. idk what was different about it tho...and please please please GO BLIND INTO THIS!
