A strong conclusion to the series. I appreciated the pacing of the action and the small chances for the protagonist to reflect on his role as a hero. It also doesn’t hurt that his female teammates get to fight beside him and outshine him on occasion. This author also makes more of an effort in this to keep some mysteries going so that the reader has a chance to speculate on the outcome without it always being spoonfed.
