I loved Archer and Wren's story. Angsty with some suspense, I was all in. Ashley has a way with her writing and her characters that just sucks you in. I can't wait to see what comes next.

I received an arc and this review is my own.

Please check CW and TW before reading this one.  Wren is doing her best to make a life for her and her son.  Archer is working to ensure he can gain custody of his younger brother.  But that chemistry between these two had my kindle steaming!  I loved their banter and the underlying drama had me on the edge of my seat!

Let me start off by saying this book had me in a chokehold. I could not put it down and you probably wont hear me shut up about it for a while.

I knew from the dedication page this book was going to be special. What I didn't realize was that a MC romance could make me sob like this. Blame it on the motherhood hormones I guess. That or how I adored both Wren and Archer. Their characters were so well written and relatable. Their chemistry was top tier and the spice was spicing. I really enjoyed how all the tropes were done in this book and the plot flowed well. My only complaint which is not really a complaint is that I would have loved about 3 more books dedicated to these two. This book was one of my favorite reads in a long time and my favorite of this year so. If of these tropes interest you I highly recommend you read this book.

Tropes:

Smalltown
Motorcycle Club
Enemies to Lovers

This was an ARC review and I want to say thank you to Ashley and her team for allowing to read an advanced copy.

𝐖𝐫𝐞𝐧 and Asher Green didn't exactly hit it off from the start. Wren, guarded and wary, wasn't sure what to make of Asher and his tough motorcycle club president persona. She had secrets of her own that she was desperate to keep hidden. But despite her reservations, there was an undeniable attraction between them. The chemistry between them was off the charts. They were very similar too. Wren's main concern was the safety of her son, Cruz, while Asher was focused on providing a stable home for his little brother, Kane.

𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 of Asher, he quickly became my favorite character. As the president of the Mayhem Riots, he was tough yet surprisingly gentle. He handled himself with pride for his club and represented it well. He was also caring, honest, and not afraid of commitment when it came to the right person. He showed patience and love towards Wren and treated her son as his own. I mean, what's not to love about a man like that? Ashley Munoz always gets her MMCs right!

𝐓𝐡𝐞 story had a perfect pace and kept me on my toes with the sparks of suspense throughout. We get to meet some pretty interesting characters that I hope get their own stories in the future. Overall, this was a great read, especially for fans of small-town motorcycle club romances.

𝐀 big thanks to Ashley Munoz for providing me with an ARC. All thoughts and opinions shared here are completely my own.
