I love this book so much. I was so thrilled with the premise of seeing a P&P modern retelling but from Georgiana's pov. It's the back end perspective of a character who is pivotal in the story yet never on the page. I loved how much this book was about Georgie finding herself and figuring out her relationship with her brother. It turns what is a classic romance into a story about family and pulling oneself back together after emotional abuse.
I really loved the small touch of romance and also how self aware the book was about the Darcy's being rich.
What would have made this book beyond spectacular I felt would have been a Fizwilliam-Georgiana dual POV to give both the Darcys' untold p
