A fast-paced but middle of the road, colour-by-numbers thriller/mystery played in the style of The Fugitive, but with poorly developed characters and twists that are not interesting enough to justify the narrative decisions.

Not the best Harlan book I've read, but I was still glued to it until the end. A bit more predictable than usual, but not too bad. I liked the premise - that was fresh! Can't wait to read Harlan's next book about Myron and the gang (and the follow-up to Win!).
