I wanted to give this book 5 stars so badly. I couldn't put it down. It had me intrigued and begging for answers. The story is so uniquely portrayed, it makes it stand out immensely. The twists and psychological attributes of this novel grabbed me fiercely and I couldn't look away. I loved how the narrative was not just of the killer, but of the multiple lives his actions affected. It gave different perspectives and different parts of the story from an abundance of sources that all connected together at the end.
My only issue with this book was some of the characters mixed together and I had to reread multiple sections in order to properly understand the dynamic of each. There were new characters introduced quite frequently, and some had similar names. Some of the storyline and connections got lost amongst each other and took awhile to untangle.
Still, beautifully written. So unique and will sit in the back of my head for awhile. There were many parts that opened a new perspective and quite literally made me second-gues a lot of things. How life is a series of choices - good and evil.
