This was a hard and yet beautiful story about grieving parents who struggle with the loss of their young daughter who died before she was 2. Heartbreaking and haunting, well done.

This memoir wrecked me. I just finished it, and I'm barely able to breathe, I'm so congested from crying. Tom Hart's daughter Rosalie died shortly before she turned two, without warning. One day she was okay, and the next, she died. They never get a clear cause of death.
This book focuses mostly on the immediate aftermath as Tom and his wife, Leela, struggle to navigate a world that's been torn asunder. It's incredibly heart-wrenching, poignant, and beautifully drawn.

Sometimes I think I read things to pre-process grief.
