(The audiobook was great!) The book is good and entertaining but.. so. long.
Due tue its length it was hard to continue listening consistently, since these also were quite big chunks that were somewhat uninteresting.
I didn't particularly care about the assassination of JFK and after this book I still don't.
I'm not sure if it was this, the setting or the characters but I also didn't really care about any of this, except for Sadie, who grew on me more and more as time passed .
Personally, I was really interested in the 'yellow card man' and anything time-traveling-related, but the ending was really just crumbs. I am aware that this is not the focus of the book, but the most emotional part (the ending) was just simply glossed over.
(Probably just not for me tbh.)
