Wow! I loved this book, Paisley is very new to me, I'm just about to binge everything because I'm loving her writing! She does romance so well (this is her second book I've read) and the depth and character development is amazing!
Gabriel Wolfe is the Hounds of Hell MC Club president and he's secure in being alone and not needing or feeling anything, when you feel, you're weak. Brinley grew up knowing who the HOH were and she knew to stay far away, so when Wolfe spots her and decides he can't stay away, will she survive him, the hardened president and the prim and proper good girl.
There were so many twists and turns and I really loved the characters. I loved that they weren't just superficial and had actual depth to them; they developed well, I loved the strength they both showed. Definitely recommend, can't wait for the next one.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an eARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
To say Wolfe is a romance book on the darker side of the genre would be an understatement! I’m not sure I was fully prepared for the amount of spice and intensity in the book! I’ve not read a biker romance before or watched Sons of Anarchy but the book was well researched and I appreciated the glossary at the start.
The book was incredibly fast paced and I enjoyed the subplot plot regarding the 2 rival clubs. There is also lots of tension - both sexual and emotional. However the majority of the book focuses solely on Brinley and Wolfe’s relationship.
I really liked Brinley and her character arc. She is a strong, confident, heroine by the end of the book. Wolfe epitomises the morally grey, touch her and you die MMC. They have a lot of chemistry and although it starts as opposites attract, you see how their personalities gel over the course of the book.

This was my first ever novel from Paisley Hope, and I can see why her books are so hyped on social media. My first introduction to a biker romance definitely did not let me down and I enjoyed every page turn. If you’re a fan of Sons of Anarchy, you’ll definitely enjoy this one!

It's so fast-paced that I didn't even realize I finished the book, or maybe I'm just a fast reader.

Wolf.e isn’t just hot. It’s rev-your-engine, full-throttle, smoke-off-the-tyres hot. But here’s the thing, it’s not just smut on a Harley. Paisley Hope serves up heat and character development so rich you’ll be riding the emotional high (and low) right alongside Brinley.
It starts with our beloved FMC, Brinley, looking like she’s stepped straight out of a Stepford showroom, all perfect hair and “yes, dear” smiles, holding her tongue so hard you wonder how she hasn’t given herself a coronary. But when she’s forced back to her hometown, MMC Gabriel Wolfe, the president of the local bike gang, strolls in, all dark edges and barely leashed danger, and suddenly the girl who sat pretty is learning to snarl. He drags the sass right out of her before she even realises it’s there.
What I loved? Brinley doesn’t lose her softness in the process. She’s still feminine, still gentle, still absolutely putty in Gabe’s hands… but she’s also a lioness who will tear the world apart for her man. And at 400 pages, I thought the plot might drag but it kept me hooked the whole way through.
Unlike other spice-heavy books, this one actually delivers on a plotline, there’s more than just a few throwaway sentences about what else is happening in the world around them. Which, no hate, because girl, sometimes you just need smut for smut’s sake and I’m not here to judge. But it was refreshing to have grit and depth to the story, something I could actually imagine going down in the real world… albeit maybe not quite like this.
The plot has bite, the character development actually delivers, and the heat? Sweet chilli levels, plenty of flavour, plenty of burn, and it lingers in all the right places. The HEA leaves you warm and fuzzy, and the spice leaves you even warmer.
If you want grit, growth, and a romance that roars, Wolf.e will have you revving your engine all night.
And if Gabe Wolfe asked me to run… I’m not sure if I’d want to bolt or sit pretty.

Paisley Hope does it again. I loved every second of this book. It had perfect pacing, plot and spice. Can't wait for book 2.
