Eh, wasn’t capturing my attention and did not really understand their romance.

I can’t believe I let this sit so long on my TBR. I loved every single second of this book. Wolfe & Brinley are absolutely everything. I just love a tortured man that never lets anyone in. Wolfe’s back story was heartbreaking and honestly very surprising to me. And Brinley’s transformation was everything. I loved watching her confidence grow on every page. I need more of the HOH immediately.

I’ve heard so much about this audiobook, I’m not sure why I waited so long to listen to it. Sean Masters and Meg Sylvan did an incredible job bringing Brinley and Wolfe to life. Brinley is your typical “good girl” and can’t help but judge both her friend and the members of the MC. Raised in a wealthy family who went to church every week, she never imagined even hanging out with someone like Gabriel, let alone being with him. After a difficult childhood and serving time in the military, Wolfe never saw himself having any type of happily ever after. Brinley strolled into his life and brought out all kinds of emotions that he was not prepared for. The villain of the story was pretty easy to guess but that didn’t take away from my enjoyment of the story. Devoured this audiobook and cannot wait for the next book!

Listen to/read this if you love:

🏍 Motorcycle club romance
💕 Good girl FMC
🏍 Morally grey MMC
💕 Forced proximity
🏍 Childhood trauma

Look I don’t run or really exercise in any capacity. But if Gabriel told me to run - I’d probably get my jog on because god damn this audiobook was HOT. Sean Masters is fast becoming one of my favourite audiobook narrators and he was the perfect person to play Gabriel. I loved both Brinley and Gabriel's character development throughout the book. They are both very different people at the end than they were when the story began. The epilogue set 17 years in the future was perfection. Could not have loved this one more and I highly recommend the audiobook!

~My Thoughts~
Oh boy, this really do be a dark motorcycle club romance so buckle up readers because this is a wild ride (quite literally).

Overall, this was a quick dark romance read that you can absolutely devour in one sitting.

The story is relationship focused, specially on Wolf.e and how he takes good girl Brinley and shows her how to let out her dark side, leaning into her dark desires 👀

I loved the character growth that Brin goes through and who she becomes in the end - just unashamedly herself and not being ashamed of her wants.

Wolf.e is so fine. Like so fine. A little scary but mainly so fine. And I just know he's going to be a perfect addition to the dark romance readers book boyfriend list 🤭

There is a little bit of a story but as it's a character focused book, you're definitely not here for the plot, you're here for the... well, you've seen the quotes 🤪

Just know that there is a lot of spice. And I do mean. A lot 👀

This do be a dark romance and although my eARC didn't have the TWs in the copy, I do recommend having a quick check to make sure you're okay with the ones in this book.

If you love dark romance, a morally grey leaning towards morally black MMC who is the President of the motorocycle club and loves corrupting the good girl FMC then this is the one for you.

Wolf.e releases on August 28th!

This book is perfect; I loved the characters, the spice, the story, and everything (my first MC book; I now got a taste of it).
I’ve completely fallen in love with the MC genre after this book. It’s thrilling, romantic, intense, and wildly entertaining.

The story is about the world of an MC (Motorcycle Club).

Brinley is a good girl who has lived a modest life, firmly believing in the black and white ideas of right and wrong with no grey areas due to church and her parents' upbringing. She gets fired from her job, which leads to her ending a long-term relationship. She heads back to her hometown to get a clean start.

On the way, she runs into her best friend Layla at a bar during her bachelorette party and gets invited to the wedding again because she has previously RSVPed NO. She soon learns that her friend’s fiancé is part of the Hounds of Hell MC. Brinley panics, assuming her friend is being coerced.

Gabriel Wolfe is the president of the Hounds of Hell MC. He had a traumatic childhood—his father killed his mother, and after his uncle passed, he inherited the club. Gabriel has always kept his distance from women emotionally.

But the moment he lays eyes on Brinley—boom—the chemistry is electric. Since Layla (Brinley’s friend) is marrying another club member, their paths keep crossing.

One thing leads to another, and Brinley witnesses a murder committed by Gabriel. Now she has two choices:

“Die in the woods… or become his.”

The story is fun and surprisingly educational about MC life. Gabriel’s character arc is fantastic—from a no-nonsense, emotionally detached man to Brinley’s protector.

Brinley’s transformation from a timid girl to a badass killer is so satisfying to watch.

The spice? Super spicy.

I’ve completely fallen in love with the MC genre after this book. It’s thrilling, romantic, intense, and wildly entertaining.

Hell, I finished it in one day—and it has over 400 pages!

Entertaining as hell!
