The "Queen of Crime" weaves her magic in an unputdownable thriller to keep you guessing.

Ten people from different walks of life are brought together and held prisoners in an isolated island. They come across a nursery rhyme and soon start getting murdered one after the other. Who was the mystery murderer lurking around in the island with the prisoners?

The first few chapters were a bit confusing due to introduction of a lot of characters at a very fast pace but it was justified and necessary for the plot. I was gripped soon when the nursery rhyme, Ten Little Indians, was brought in, the last stanza of which set the title of the book. Thereafter, the plot was a roller-coaster ride, and definitely blew my mind (specially what my favorite character does). It had all the ingredients for a perfect thriller - a genius plot, dark back stories of the characters, uncertainty of who would be the next victim, and of course, the eagerness to identify the murderer and the purpose of the murders.

I recommend this book to everyone who loves thrillers as I can assure you it will keep you on hooked till the last word, literally.

It's good mystery that kept me guessing, but I don't think the use of the n-word was as necessary as the publisher made it out to be lol.

I read this because of Flandre's spell card (if you know, you know) and ended up wanting to read everything of Agatha Christie.

It was that good

I haven’t read an Agatha Christie book in decades. I used to love The Miss Marple series. I enjoyed this one and need to read or reread more over books.
