Strange

When campfire stories are true, can you find the answer in the woods? Will your search end well, or just end? This story may reveal everything you aren't sure you want to know.

A creepy short story that has an urban legend horror element and feel. It reminds me of scary stories I would tell friends as a child. I also resonate with the Michigan setting — where my family is from. Plus Josh Malerman! A little on the slower side, but overall, entertaining and eery.
