this and 'Big Bad' are my favorites out of this collection. i really liked Brenda as a character.
would highly recommend the audiobook for this one, would also highly recommend against listening to this at night. i was listening to it in broad daylight and when that voice came on, i shrieked. so props to the narrator.

Listening to this in the dark with a thunderstorm in the background was honestly terrifying. I’ll be hearing Opal’s voice in my nightmares for the rest of my life thank you very much.
