I don’t know about this book, really. She actively puts herself in danger- willing to make her parents loose another child- for the sake of her amateur “movie” she’s making with a mannequin head? I also wish there had been more lore to the opso & why he’s looking for his ‘face’.

This was my favorite story in the “Creature Feature” stories. To me, it was a spin on some a campfire story. This short read easily drew me.

I liked the first twenty percent of this when the urban legend was being recounted, but after that it was so dull I almost fell asleep while listening. That's not even hyperbole. (I had a similar reaction to The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon. Forests bore me I guess?)
