Just finished Unbroken Bonds, and while I’ve absolutely loved this series from the very beginning, this final book left me feeling a little conflicted. Don’t get me wrong—it was still a great read, but after six books of buildup, I was expecting the final showdown to be more… intense? Epic? Drawn out? It just felt a little rushed for what was supposed to be the big moment.

I also found myself wishing we got to see more of Ollie’s life after everything she went through—after all the trauma, all the battles, all the healing. I wanted to sit in that peace with her for a while.

That said, this series has taken a permanent spot in my top three of all time. I’ve connected so deeply to these characters, especially the FMC, and J. Bree’s worldbuilding and storytelling have left such an impact on me. It’s emotional, intense, painful, and beautiful—and I already know I’ll be coming back to reread this one day.

I started off really loving this series but the last few books took a turn. I don't know what it is - I expected this to be more. I wanted it to be more. I wanted it to wrap up in a way that felt like my time and effort and how much I supported this series in the beginning was worth it.

I just felt unsatisfied. IDK I don't feel like the Eternal should've been able to handle everything. They should've needed to come together like the freaking Power Rangers or something to fight all the evil.

Overall I think this ended in such an underwhelming way, but I guess I still enjoyed the ride.
