This book got me back into reading. It was the small town, mysterious (sometime tedious) plot and romance that I needed. I nearly gave up on it early on as Stella in the beginning was super annoying. But PERSIST it gets better. Although I would have appreciated the action mote spread throughout the book instead of the last few chapters.
