informative

The cold shower therapy was interesting but the book got very dull after that chapter.

Absolutt i min gate!

This was my first book by and about Wim Hof, so I am little surprised by differing opinions of other readers. I did read this in Croatian, so maybe the translation was better constructed than the original but as someone who has not read or known anything about Wim Hof (just knew about his breathing method and cold showers) this was an interesting first glimpse into his life and philosophy. Definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to be introduced into his world.

All the love, all the power.

I like the cold showers and breathing and believe in their benefit. However, the writing was a bit too fanatical for me and just went on way longer than it needed to. I appreciated that it was autobiographical at first but by the end I just felt like he kept going on about the same stuff for chapter after chapter.
