Yeah... this whole series is a no from me but especially this one. I don't know I hoped I'd liked Belmont and Sage's story but it just was not good. All the books and characters seem like they'd be good when we'd get glimpses in the previous books and then I'd get to their book and it'd take a turn for the trash.

Sometimes Tessa writes the worst parents. (not like bad writing but she makes such terrible humans as the parents). This was probably my least favorite of this series.

There are two lines at the end of the book that RUINED this entire book for me. I would’ve given this book 4 stars if they hadn’t said:

“Her teeth chattered, her nipples peaked until he couldn’t resist using his mouth on them. Sucking her like their children would do someday.”

Absolutely not, directly to jail, who approved this.  Immediate ick, let me go vomit

Book 4 of 4 about the oldest brother Belmont.

Too beautiful to break? No, THIS BOOK BROKE ME. I absolutely sobbed listening to this audiobook. I had been waiting all series to learn Belmont's story, and it was GUT WRENCHING, HEARTBREAKING, and I never every would have thought this was coming. His growth, determination, and passion makes his character arc all that much better. He is one of the most complex characters I have read in a REALLY long time. Paige, her story is one I was also waiting for and heartbreaking. Her sheer determination to do whatever she needs to do to protect the ones she loves, is an incredible picture of unconditional love. The two of these characters together create the perfect ending to the series. No storyline is left undone, and wraps up the whole series so well.

DNF. One of my least favorite TB books ever. Very bored and steam was mediocre, although I’ve also never been a big fan of double virgin stories. I know this book was supposed to be intense but I could not take it seriously at any point.
