OHMYGODDDSSS!!! This book destroyed me completely, even writing this I'm still crying at the finale. Absolutely beautifully written, and completely heartwrenching. Babel draws you along with Robin, Ramy, Victoire and letty,who I'm mentally pronoucing with the same vitriol as 'St Potter' or 'and Peggy' π‘ on their journey as Babblers at Babel - from their first year with all of the hope and interest around etymology and linguistics, it completely draws you in. As they advance, so does the mood and tone of the book to take you with them - darker, emotional and raw. I could not put this book down, and it completely broke my heart. I think a re read will break it afresh as there will be subtle things that have taken on an entirely different meaning now. Absolutely incredible and devastating read, would 10000% recommend!!

Letztere sind auf eine Art und Weise behandelt und kritisiert vor allem, wie ichβs bis dato in noch keinem Fiction-Buch gelesen habe. Wirklich wirklich gut, groΓe Empfehlung meinerseits.
