I'm not sure how to feel - should I be angry with myself for having this book on hold for months, or should I be glad I waited till I was in the mood for reading it, because my goodness, that's one good book.

The beginning for me was a bit slow, but looking back in retrospect, it's really anything but, now that I've finished the book it all actually makes sense. For some time, I thought the specific writing style made the book slow, but really what it was was just the calm before the storm because shit definitely hit the fan!

I love books that make me think and that leave a mark on me, I feel like a part of me has been changed, especially after the bittersweet philosophies at the end. I've got so many thoughts about this book, but cannot bring myself to write any of it down, and in a way, that's what I see as the beauty of the books that change something in you.
