Not my favorite McFadden book but a good beginner book. She knows how to weave a plot twist.
Like all other books of her, this book was also amazing. It ended with the perfect twist.

A gripping, suspenseful thriller, thoroughly enjoyable from start to end. I must admit the twist was a little confusing at first, particularly due to the time jump that we have to accommodate to very quickly. I liked the overall plot but characters felt rather one-dimensional. I read this in one sitting and would definitely recommend to fans of thrillers.

I enjoyed this one - but the plot twist was confusing and it was almost spectacularly done, but I personally didn’t understand why the author picked who she picked and the way it was tied in was a bit of a stretch. Using a different name for significant other? Cmon.
