I read the first book of this series a few years ago and decided it was about time to read the second one.  I'm a big fan of the first and definitely a fan of this one too!  I listened to the audiobook (for both), loved the narrator.  This audiobook included the novella Death and Night, which is considered #0.5 in the series.  A Crown of Wishes is about 10 hours and 45 minutes and Death and Night is about 3 hours.  I'm mentioning this because the format on the Libby app didn't track the chapters or sections correctly (it stopped after chapter 30 when there are more than 40 chapters total and did not show when the novella started).

Having read the first book a while ago, it took me a little to get into this one.  It doesn't follow the same main characters, but this time, we follow Gauri, Princess of Bharata (whom we met in the first book).  I loved the character dynamic between the two protagonists and the adventure they go on.  Chokshi shines in writing YA romance and detailed world building.  I feel as if I'm there!

Death and Night was great! Even though it's like a prequel to The Star-Touched Queen, I think you can read this after so you get a sense of the world.  Another beautiful romance story, I loved this addition so much!

Can't wait to read more of her stories!
