Finalmente una storia degna di tale nome. Finalmente un libro che si legge tutto d’un fiato dall’inizio alla fine, e non una serie infinita di scene volgari senza una trama o dei personaggi validi a sostegno. Ottima lettura, ora procedo con Gray e Dex... non vedo l’ora!

I started reading this book in the middle of the night. I woke up at like 2AM and just decided to read this book on my ipad/kindle app. I COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN! I finished it at like 10AM after reading it for four hours total. It was just such an in-depth story. I wasn't sure what the conflict was going to be. I really loved the characters. This felt real. It felt very legit. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good love story. I love it when the guy tells his side of the story and he's totally smitten from the get go by the girl. I just loved this story. This might be a re-read. :-)

When I read the first few pages, I was kind of annoyed. I thought it would be one of those books where it's like love at first sight and all that boring bullshit. I am not a fan of those books. But as I kept reading it, I realized it wasn't exactly going to be like those books especially when she agreed to sleep with him but didn't want to go on a date with him. This book was like a rollercoaster. I thought it'd be one of those books that starts with love at first sight then fill the rest of the book with pointless crap to fill the space or whatever. But there was so much going on. Towards the end, I wanted to punch him so bad. He was being such an asshole. Like I get it, he broke his leg and felt like his dreams were over but that didn't give him the right to be such a jerk. When he threw her clothes outside and told her to leave, shit if I was her, I would've left and never come back. Like that was outright wrong. But overall, I liked the storyline, I liked their chemistries, I liked the ending. It was a great read.

I had heard good things about The Hook Up. Well, it more than exceeded my expectations because I loved sassy, independent Anna and patient Drew!!!

🏈  he falls first and he falls hard 
🏈  top tier banter 
🏈  a series of hook ups that turn into much more!

From their meet disaster to the triumphant conclusion of the book with a lot of hilarious banter in between, I was hooked! I finished this book in a day because I couldn’t put it down. It has the right mix of laughs, angst, emotion, and sexy times.

Now to binge the rest of the series!
