As much as I love Hades and Persephone, I have to say that Hermes and Hecate are the true stars of the series. Hecate is so loyal (the ultimate friend) and such a freaking badass. Hermes is an icon and brings such comedic relief to the storyline. Looking forward to A Touch of Chaos!

I spent the whole time trying to figure out who was who. Obviously this book is part of a series where stuff is explained. Very little plot. No conclusion to anything.

The hades pov books are so good. Always seemed more action filled and the writing is different. This book does have a lot more smut in it than the others. I remember being annoyed with it in Persephone pov. It works in this one though. Doesn’t feel like random scenes just thrown in there as much. Can’t wait for the last to FINALLY see how this all plays out. The ending… ugh.

OH MY GOD Theseus is the WORST! only thing keeping it from 5 stars is i hated the Theseus chapters and just did not care about the Dionysus ones either.
