This was really bad but the story had so much potential!
It definitely reads like a bad FBAA fanfic, there were a lot of similarities.
Unfortunately there was just no build up in this book, absolutely no chemistry or connection with the characters because it’s too fast paced and more about the spice than actually getting to know the characters and the world they’re in. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind spice, but build up the tension and add more feeling to it!
Also, very predictable ending

When I say I want forbidden romance, THIS is what I mean. A pull that’s unavoidable. A tension that only thickens til it erupts. Hidden moments and hushed promises that made my heart race. And a dirty mouthed prince that nearly made me burst into flames. This may be a quick read, but every interaction will leave you craving more and you won’t be able to put this down.

I think I highlighted almost every word out of Evren’s mouth, truly. He could teach a masterclass on dirty talk but I don’t think anybody would survive. He says the Princess is pure sin but that’s simply not true, he is, and you’re going to love every second of it. This baby is spicy, especially given the page count, but it has a slow enough build that it never felt like too much. Mix in some secrets to uncover, warring kingdoms and a little female rage and you have everything I love in a romantasy.
We are left in a bit of a mess at the end, but I’m not mad about it. Things may not be what they seem, but I’m actually pretty happy with the turn of events and their implications - even if Adara doesn’t feel the same. She’ll come around, Evren will be sure of it, and I’m happy to watch it all unfold 😏

Okay story, terrible writing
I think this book could have been so much better. The quality of writing was just terrible. It felt like it was more of a beginning draft as opposed to the final book. More details could have been added (world building, main character thoughts could have been described better, etc) grammar could have been cleaned up—who was the editor on this??
The story overall was okay. Again, I think it could have been so much more. There’s a good basis here, it had potential to be great, but author stopped with mediocre. If you really just want a fluffy, mindless story with a lot of spicy scenes, then this book is for you.

The female MC was very frustrating. She always claims that she is capable of taking care of herself, but there has yet to be a single example of that being true. Instead, the opposite is demonstrated over and over. It also got very old how much she changes her mind of the guys in the book. I powered through, but I don't see myself starting the 2nd book any time soon.
