The concept was there but the execution just…wasn’t. I didn’t expect the smut and it felt overwhelming and thrown in. The FMC got annoying after a certain point with her indecisiveness.

Fast and short fantasy read. I was looking for something that had a lot of romance and this delivered.
Pretty basic plot and world building. This was easy to binge and had twist at the end I wasn’t expecting. All in all, this was okay. I enjoyed all the tropes in this one (arranged marriage, touch her and you’ll die, one bed, enemies to lovers, and the list goes on). It’s definitely book that would fall under the category of: guilty pleasures. I also really enjoyed the writing.
