Incredibly informative book. So many people will sell you some idea of the stock market as a quick path to riches. Lynch shows you the muck and the mire. He lets you know what's awaiting you, but also provides some genuinely practical advice about investing.

It was a pleasurable read. Although few concepts (like PE) are too simplistic, the book still retains its charm owing to focus on insights driven investing and emphasis on process rather than outcome.

Great book about Peter Lynch's take on individual investing. I wouldn't find it as didactic though, as, say, Graham's intelligent investor; however, it does provide great insight into how behavior affects investing decisions.
