Not for me.
The first book of the series is on the latest Audible sale. I figured I should try out the prequel book & see if I want to spend money on #1. The narrator was okay, but the story did not translate well to audio, and I was bored from the get go. While the concepts had potential, the writing came across as rough and stilted.
