This was a good book, but it was slow in a few places. There were a few twists and turns. Overall, a decent read that kept me interested.

Great as usual. I've read this sometime in the past, but I had no idea how it ended. I love it when that happens!

enjoyed it, as always, but a little too mean about rich kids and private schools.

This is the 25th Alex Delaware/Milo Sturgis book - wow!! I've been reading these things since i was in high school i think. or college at least. This one doesn't deal much with either of their lives, but focused almost exclusively on the mystery, which consisted of a prep school teacher found dead in her bathtub on dry ice. It got a little convoluted, but i never guessed what was going to happen next. a good, quick read. can't wait for the next one!

A mystery about a dead prep school substitute teacher, a conspiracy and the American education system. What sounds like a goo combination for a thriller turned out kind of meh. The case was interesting but I honestly did not understand why Delaware as a psychologist was on it. This was pretty clear as far as motive etc go.

A nice ready for a sunny afternoon on the balcony or at the beach.

I've never read a book by Jonathan Kellerman. His writing style is a bit unique. Took me awhile to understand it. But, when I finally did, the story was great. Felt almost like a Harry Bosch novel, takes place in California with a mysterious murder. Kept me guessing until the very end. All in all, it was a great first experience, and I look forward to reading more by Kellerman.

Quick read that took me forever. Very very dialogue heavy which led to confusion as to who was saying what. Not my genre of choice which also contributed to the lower rating. The ending was the best part of the book.

This one took a bit of time to get into, as I didn't really have any empathy for the victim. Set in a prep school where scandal is rife, Kellerman writes of an Admissions scam that results in murder. A bit ahead of his time, if you consider recent headlines in 2019! All in all, a quick and easy read with a nice "payoff" at the end.
