THIS BOOK!!! I started it last night and couldn't put it down. I'm used to The Devils series being angsty and intense in all the different ways, but I wasn't prepared for the emotions this one brought. It brought all of them.

The Devil Gets His Due started out really fun. I was laughing and enjoying myself. I loved the banter between Keeley and Graham. They had such great chemistry even when they swore they didn't like each other. Then the big, important stuff happened. Things got emotional very fast, and I found myself tearing up. I went on this big emotional roller coaster with both Keeley and Graham. You would think I would want to jump off, but no. I wanted to stay along for the ride. Everything they felt and went through sucked me into the story more. I had to force myself to put the book down to go to bed and then wanted to pick it up first thing in the morning. I had to know how things were going to work out for these two. They deserved all the happiness in the world.

I don't really know what else to say about this romance. The first book in the series was my favorite until I finished this one. I desperately wish I had another book in this series waiting to be read right now because I'm not ready to move on. I might end up with an emotional book hangover after this one. Anyways. Read this one. Jump in here or start at the beginning of the series. Either way works.
