The content was good but seemed like a repeat of his previous books. Nothing really new here, but still important information.

This book is changing my life. No joke. I listened to the audiobook from the library, and now I’m going to go buy a hard copy to mark all my virtual bookmarks.

Chapters 1-12 were amazing as were 22-33. Amazing. Life changing. Chapters 13-21 were useful but maybe belonged in a companion or different book. Worthwhile, but not crucial.

really good and meaty but long ams i didnt realize others were waiting.

One of the most illuminating and important books I’ve read. Multiple chapters are worth a revisit.

I found this author's writing a bit self indulgent and long winded at times. That said, the message was good, and a good reminder to search for the center, where love and acceptance reside. It's a place that's easy to get away from and hard to come back to, but always worth it, and feels right when you work toward it. This book was a good reminder of all the ways the body knows when toxicity needs to be expelled.

Slow / medium paced. Throughly researched and particularly enjoyed chapter 23 as it focus on issues linked to women. Preferred the parts of peoples own stories about their health and illnesses.
Didnt agree with the authors view on mental illnesses and not giving some people medication - howevee he justified his reasoning.
(Was not worth staying up until 1:30am to finish!)
