Incredible. An amazing call to action to save the bodyminds of everyone. As someone who likes to think they have “woken up” to the reality of our world and society, this book really helped to solidify a lot of new beliefs I was forming. There is just more and more evidence of the interconnection between all living things and how the interactions can generate currently unexplainable phenomena. I loved reading this book.
I don't normally write reviews for books but this book deserves attention and praise. As a clinician, i've treated so many people with trauma, physical illness, depression, etc. This book is not only a "spiritual" roadmap on treatment but challenges our traditional way of thinking and treating our fellow humans. As a person, this book was a masterpiece. It will change your life, if you let it. READ IT!
Took me so long to get through this one. The first 1/2-2/3 of the book I really enjoyed, though also found very depressing and despite Gabor repeatedly saying I’m not blaming parents, it’s a societal/cultural problem, I still felt awful reading the parts about young kids development and how early so much is determined and boy as a mom of young kids you feel like a failure - but it was also fascinating.
The parts about health and the holistic view also were very good but the last part of the book started to lag and I just stopped picking it up and
When I did I could only get through a few pages and usually felt like I didn’t know what the topic was anymore.

A lot of really interesting stuff, but the book is way too long. It's quite a few books in one. It could be impressive if it were tighter and more focused. But there's some fascinating nuggets buried within it.

Es bastante interesante y da mucho que pensar. En algunos aspectos me ha abierto la mente. Sin embargo, me ha parecido demasiado largo y que abarca muchos temas, es demasiado denso para mi gusto.
Very indepth book. I needed a dictionary as I read this. A bit too "medical" for me but there were a lot of truths and interesting facts for sure.
Excellent and extensive range of topics discussed surrounding trauma-related illness. I appreciated the inserts from other docs, and free thinkers. Good reminder for me to be one with nature for healing of me and us all.

This goes way beyond information we normally get about health. Amazing! So many different perspectives backed up with research. This has truly changed my life and given me some positive movement forward.
