heard about this author from the muna podcast when they were talking about his other book “when the body says no” … tbh i don’t remember why i started this one first lol
i really enjoyed this one though! he covers a lot of ground in this book, and it felt pretty succinct which is kinda funny considering it’s almost 500 pages, if you don’t count the acknowledgements, notes, and index at the end
it doesn’t get toooooooo in the weeds with science stuff either (thank god lol)

only took a weekend long power outage to get me to pick up a book for the first time in 2 months…
don’t remember the first half pretty much at all (because I read it two months ago) but the second half was good! that’s all you’re getting from me right now thanks for understanding xoxo

It all makes sense until I try to explain it. Interesting book. Everybody just be nicer to each other we’ve got a lot going on at the moment.

Some of this was very interesting.
The narrator annoyingly put on accents when quoting people who are not from North America, and it was incredibly distracting and unnecessary
