the beginning of the book was the strongest & towards the end it just became bleh. also didn’t realize until after finishing that this novel is incomplete so unsatisfactory ending simply because there won’t ever be one, it’s forever a mystery

There you go!. My last time experiencing a Dostoevsky's work for the first time. God!,that makes me so sad :(.
I am excited too,to re-read all of his work :)
An unfinished novel, it has all the markings of great writing .He was born with an ability to understand the human mind with great clarity , precision and depth.He had my absolute attention from the word go!. And of course kept it throughout.I was deeply invested in Netochka's life. I am really sad it ended so abruptly !.
Let me say it again,Dostoevsky's ability to have absolute command over my attention is unparalleled. I am grateful for all that he has taught me( there is an ocean ahead to learn by re-reading all of his work :) ). The man has greatly improved my simple mind!!!.
Well,now I can boast about reading complete works of Dostoevsky : ). I wouldn't miss a chance to do that!.
