This book took a bit for me to get into, but I really enjoyed the history of the librarians, something that was new to me. I didn’t love the drama/tension throughout most of the book but I am happy with ending and was glad that I read it.

A beautiful tribute to how books really do change lives all entertained with a lovely story of love, friendship and girl power. Found it slow to get into but by a quarter of the way through I was savouring each word not wanting it to end.
