So freaking beautiful!!!! I was unsure about Backman's writing style for Beartown, but somehow, it works perfectly in this novella! I don't know if it's because his style works better with a shorter story or because of the content material or the translator, but wow. I don't know how he gets me to care so much for these characters in such a short amount of pages. Full five stars!
