I don’t have words to describe how I’m feeling. I feel lost. The series isn’t talked about enough. I don’t think I cried this much in any other series I’ve read. You might think you know where the story is going and BOOM, fucking twist. I will miss El, Coop and Jace so much.
I also believe there should be spin off books for Mac, Stef, and Kai.

This was a dissapointing end to the series. I felt like the character development was a stretch and it lacked the depth I had hope for.

This series is so beautifully tragic. Secrets, mysteries, adventure, eternal love, growth, and soul-deep loss. I ugly sobbed so bad through the last bit of this book, but it was worth every second.

Fractured Review
(A Twisted Tale Book Three)
By: R.Phillips
★★★★★
“Because for the first time in a long time…there are no stars or sun, neither side of my heart to accompany me on this journey. I’m barren, broken, and utterly alone. Nothing to light up my universe. Nothing but the empty sky of me.”
Well, she did it again. Rachael Phillips wrote another book that reads like poetry and deserves all the stars in the sky. She writes so beautifully and to come up with these ideas that are so intricately woven and full of substance is a gift.
Fractured is the third book in A Twisted Tale series so it’s VERY important to go read Entangled and Bound before launching into this one, but you won’t be disappointed when you commit to this series.
The third book starts off right after the events of the second, with everyone reeling from the boat explosion. Following this event, Coop and Jace both find themselves in extremely dangerous situations. As a result El is lead down a path, that while dark, allows her to find a strength that she never knew she had and ultimately she becomes stronger both physically and mentally. I’ll be honest, El isn’t the most likeable character all of the time, but it was a joy to see her growth and journey throughout the series but especially in this final book.
Rachael expertly created an end to Coop, Jace and El’s story that I didn’t know I needed. I do think that not everyone will be happy with every event that takes place - there was a lot of crying on my part and books don't usually make me cry. However, I do think that most people will feel a sense of peace at how the story concludes. I don’t want to give too much away, which is why I’ve kept this review a bit scarce. You don’t need me to recount the story you just need to read it! And please if you take anything from this review it’s that Rachael Phillips is a creative genius, and this book is perfection!

This was my favorite of the series! I'm not a big crier when it comes to books, only like 2 made me cry until this one! I recommend looking up Helen of Troy and the mythology around that because I think the ending would make a little more sense with that prior knowledge. Looking forward to more books by this author!
