I never knew this book existed, & it’s such a cute little short story in the mediator series! Just a fun little scene between Suze & Jesse that just makes me smile!
It’s like a short preview of the series for someone who hasn’t discovered it yet.

February 2016 can't come soon enough! Reading this little tid bit brought back all the memories from first reading the series when I was a teenager (oh god, that makes me sound so old!)

A nice little glimpse into the Mediator world of Suze that I only recently discovered. Beautiful reminder of what’s to come, as I await reading the seventh installment of the series with Suze an adult now. This short story could also serve as a good sample for anyone curious about the original novels of teenage Suze.

I mean, it's short and sweet. It was pretty watered down, kind of felt like a fanfiction in a way, but completely consistent with the other books. So whatever. I mean, the fact that it was mostly Suze's same old exposition and the fact that the ghost was really boring--just a boring, short version of all the other young ghosts that Suze has to deal the bad news to--makes this pretty lackluster. But it's fine. And it was so short that you can't even complain if you don't like it. So, no complaints here.

This short story, written for a magazine, can be found on Meg's website. It's a super cute short read about Suze & Jesse.
