🔥 “Run, little stranger.”
~~~
Olivia and Malachi are both adopted by the same family at a young age. Both their childhoods have been traumatising and everything that has happened to them, has not left them unscarred.
Olivia and Malachi were such polar opposites and, yet, kindred spirits. Olivia is the one trying to please her parents, to be a good daughter. But there’s another side of her, too. The side that craves dark and depraved things. Malachi, on the other hand, is such a troubled and dangerous man. He’s intense, dark, possessive, violent and obsessive. He might be a little mad, too, but I loved everything about him.
Olivia and Malachi have nothing in common and, yet, the dark and lustful desires for one another couldn’t be ignored. I so loved the tension between those two! And I loved every dark and twisted moment they spent together. The spice was also scorching-hot and I absolutely enjoyed every dark, kinky and depraved moment of it. Both Malachi and Olivia are broken in their own way, but their shattered pieces fit so well together. And I cannot wait to see how their story will continue in the next book.
Overall, Little Stranger is a quick, dark, twisted and smutty story and I loved it!
P.S. The story is a dark taboo romance, so be sure to check the TW. And also… there are spiders.
finished in one sitting goddamnit.
that being said, there was no plot, no reason at all why he’s obsessed with her. fmc was hot and cold with mmc & confusing him. the fact that they
fucked over their unconscious father is crazy to me
, might be one of the darker romance books i’ve read. started out pretty good & love me an unhinged man but the ending fell so flat. didn’t like the time skip either &
can’t understand why she’d testify against him but refused to visit him in prison??
That audio performance from Joe Arden is 👌🏼 chefs kiss. Really enjoyable... Was it written well? Eh... But did I enjoy it? Yes. Loved it. Don't go into this book if you want a plot
