This was a very engaging first volume, I'll definitely be continuing the series. I really like Chitose and her real personality.

I didn't really get into this one, though it was okay. I felt like the characterisation was inconsistent -- not just of the main character, because that made sense: she was pretending to be someone else. But what's the love interest up to?!

Relate alot to the main character about having to put on a mask to hide your self because u think people might judge you.

This review will be for the whole series; read at your own risk!

Ahhh this was so cute! I loved seeing Chitose start to drop her mask and become comfortable with others. I really root for the two to get together!

Edit 1/10/22: I seriously have a weakness for adorable high school romance triangles in manga. THINGS ARE GETTING SO GOOD!

Chitose is definitely Autistic coded in my opinion, I really like that. She deals with the struggle of having to mask to feel safe and accepted by others. Unfortunately I think the story is a little slow and I’m not a big fan of the male lead. I hope it gets better as I read, but I think it needs a lot more

Picked up this teen romance manga to fill up my 2023 reading challenge. I’m definitely not the target audience and the drama is very teen-focused, so I did catch myself rolling my eyes quite a few times. But you can’t deny how cute and heartwarming first loves can be! So equal parts childish and charming…which means I’ll probably finish it as an easy read.

Super cute and I like the topic of finding oneself, but I hated that she was so obsessed with Itsuki from the very first second.

I ended up liking the characters despite the weird moment when they first met and he kissed her right up front. Semi-refreshing to read something like this where feelings are clear right out the gate. Will def continue the series.
