Interesting concept. As a novella it's not meant to have much in the way of plot but I feel like it could have made a decent regular book.

She saved him multiple times, and then he saved her when it counted the most. Fate brought them together a second time right when both of them needed it. The unexpected twist definitely got me, but I wasn't mad about it at all. It was an enjoyable short read that was better than I expected it to be.

Okay but why was this such a heartwarming novella? This is a grinch inspired-reimagining following our MMC Saint, a homeless thief who despises Christmas and all the greed of the holidays, and our FMC Hayley, the girl he steals from who willingly lets him steal.
While this had some HOT spice, it had such a heartwarming story that brought these two people from opposite worlds together during the holidays.
Saint kinda reminded me of a less crazy Malachi Vize! I ate this book UP!!

I loved this book. Gotta love a dark romance novel with a “touch her & die” MMC. It’s always a plus when he’s a stalker and only has eyes for her. Perfect read during the holiday season. It’s not cheesy at all & I find her writing pleasant. Her spicy scenes are graphic but not over the top. This is the first novel I’ve read of hers but I’ll definitely be reading more.
This is hands down without a doubt THE BEST dark Christmas romance I’ve ever read! I said I was done for the season but I saw this was a sierres and decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did. Had all my favorite things. A mortally grey mmc , Christmas season and murder. Highly recommend
