This book is really great! And not like most books, this book actually something to me. I felt different after I finished it and the book left me some thoughts and lessons so guess I cansay it's life-changing! Really the movie before and now I like the book also. The book is better becauseit gave me some insights on Charlies thoughts and feelings how he views things in the world. Really great and the "afterward" in my copy really gives me hope and inspires me! Really recommend but should check trigger warnings first!

I absolutely love this book. It’s charming and informative to anyone who have never experienced mental illnesses. Would recommend as a coming of age book.

Just absolutely beautiful. Probably my favourite book I have ever read, although I say that about most the books I read, but I really do think this will be a book I will re-read many times and will continue to love because of how much depth the author is able to give the characters in so few words.
I finished it in less than two days, would have happily done it in one, but was doing school work.
I see myself in Charlie so much it’s a little scary if I’m completely honest. The book describes near perfectly the experiences of a person who observes rather than interacts; Charlie is a great character who is representation for all of us who never quite understood who we are or what we are meant to do.

I can't not put into words how much this novel truly means to me. I've never ever related more to character, I don't know if it's because I've also experienced similar things Charlie has but I know it felt incredible to be represented in such a beautiful way. The writing format is the most unique thing I've ever read, and I've read a lot. This book has helped me understand who I am and helped me find myself and a little bit of closure. And for that I am eternally grateful. Please read this book! It could change who you are as a person!
