A strong end to a magical series.
I appreciate that the author took the time to give each character the farewell they deserved, although it did give the sensation that the last pages could’ve been trimmed down.
Overall though, it didn’t take away from what the story was. I’m glad I finally got to reread it.
Part of me wants to know more of what happened, how lives played out for Eragon and Roran, but I think it was better left this was, winding as the Edda River, flowing into the future.
