I disliked the male lead. He seemed one dimensional and was definitely mysognyst. . The way he named the baby? And the way they get back together. Terrible. Loved the rest of the series

The main characters were so annoying, especially Lizzy.

**4.5 Stars**

Lizzie, little sister to Anne from Play, has found herself in quite the predicament. Upon meeting Ben, she felt that instant attraction. The kind that makes you need to see the other person, just to look at them, and hopefully get them to look at you too. After being turned down due to bodily threat to him via Mal, they become friends. Friends who are attracted to each other…but still friends. One night will change all of that. Lizzie had an inner fire. She was spunky and sassy, but also vulnerable. She was fun to be in the mind of and even if I would have done some things differently, I truly enjoyed her.

Ben is the bassist for Stage Dive. Man-bun-wearing with a well-groomed, sexy beard, he’s a tall beauty. He’s calm and relaxed, and easy going. When he finds out his one nighter resulted in a baby? Well, shit is about to change. While at times I massively wanted to throat punch Ben (and punch him other places *ahem*), I could (afterwards, when he made me gooey) see why he did the things he did. He will make you gooey, just stick around through the sand to get to the pretty water.

Unexpected pregnancy books are one of my top fave kinds. Kylie Scott wrote a truly lovely story about what happens when two very different people from different worlds are tied together by one main string. It isn’t always pretty and smooth, but you’ll eventually get to where it’s simpler. Ben, frustrating as he was, will take your heart. It was sexy, angsty, and filled with tingly moments. You’ll laugh, too, and enjoy seeing the rest of the Stage Dive clan again.

Nope, this was not it bestie

This was kinda disappointing. The best part about this was Martha in the Epilogue.

This is probably a 3.5 star. I didn't like it as well as Lick or Lead, but it was a very strong story. Mostly I just hate the accidentally pregnancy trope because I can't suspend my disbelief for the fantasy. That trope just feels like it wouldn't work out in real life to me and I don't think it is romantic, so I don't usually read books where that is the main conflict. However, I made an exception in this case because I really liked the other books in this series and I really wanted to see Ben and Lizzy get together. I didn't realize how much of a slacker Ben was until we got to this book! He was really difficult to like because he kept doing absolutely crappy things to Liz. He does eventually get it together and there is a lot of tension that makes you want to keep reading. Liz is a solid heroine, but I was annoyed that she felt like she had to keep the baby and further annoyed that the baby was really the only thing that brought her and Ben back together. Honestly, if they hadn't had a bun in the oven after their encounter in Vegas I doubt they would have really dealt with each other ever again. It just seemed like Ben got on board with whole situation really because of the baby and not for much else. He kind of flips his switch about being a loner and single to saying he can't do with Lizzy pretty quickly and it didn't feel authentic.

I absolutely love this series. This is the book I was looking forward to the most because I wanted to see all the tension unfold. It was amazing and I love Ben and Lizzy.

I hated this “firetrucking” book “ever so” much. Mal and Anne were my favorite thing about the whole series, and this book managed to ruin even that.

omgggg i loveddddd this book! I LOVE LIZZY!!! AND LENA AND JIMMY WITH THE TWINS!?!?!?!? I LOVE THEM!!!!!
