I've never in my bookish life read as fantastic book as this masterpiece.
At first glance it was weird and confusing but after some point it just clicked.
I'm totally SHOCKED. 🤯

I loved the way that Dorian could be portrayed as both a villain and a victim in a way and I thought the ending was very sad but it also showed how Dorian had matured in all the years he spent in youth.

I found the dynamic between Dorian Gray and his painting to be compelling, and the descriptions in the book were colour.

**Read for school compulsory reading**
Well. It's complicated.
I won't talk about the blantant antisemitism and horrible mysoginy, but damn that made it hard to read. I understood that Henry *is* a bad influence, but it was unhinged. 
The first half of the book was pretty slow, nothing really happend. But the middle and second part? That was something, and it made the overall experience much much better. 
I loved the psychology in this book, it reminded me little bit of The Cremator - how much you can influence one. 
I also loved the flower symbolisms throughout the book.

Made me feel like I was going insane while reading it but it was enjoyable. Slow-medium paced though and some parts were kinda hard to get through.
